PROGRAM OVERVIEW

Our team assists people experiencing homelessness by connecting them to L.A. CADA's broad continuum of care for behavioral healthcare. All participants will have access to a comprehensive range of local community services coordinated by the L.A.CADA Outreach Housing Navigators.

SERVICES

Our Services are designed to assist vulnerable homeless community members with multiple complex needs. L.A. CADA applies its extensive experience in providing comprehensive care for diverse, low-income populations in L.A. County that have reduced access to evidence-based services, specifically:

  • Homeless adults and those at-risk
  • Substance Abuse
  • Criminal Offenders
  • High-risk youth and their families
  • Pregnant and parenting women and their children
  • LGBTQ+ Individuals
  • Gang-involved individuals (L.A.CADA works extensively with Homeboy Industries)
  • Survivors of crime and domestic violence
  • Perpetrators of domestic violence

HOMELESS OUTREACH

  • We understand that being homeless is a difficult situation
  • We realize that there are multiple reasons for homelessness
  • We strive to reduce the number of individuals and families experiencing homelessness by providing helpful resources
